Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Toll Agency Relations & Industry Partnerships to lead agency engagements, expand industry partnerships, and drive strategic outcomes with toll authorities and mobility partners.

This externally facing leader will influence policy, manage escalations, and work cross-functionally with operations, product, legal, and sales to deliver commitments and long-term value. Strong tolling knowledge and an extensive network are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years in tolling, transportation, mobility services, ITS, public-sector partnerships, or related fields.
• Demonstrated credibility and relationships within tolling authorities or agencies.
• Strong understanding of tolling operations, interoperability, and back-office processes.
• Proven ability to manage executive relationships and influence outcomes.
• Experience resolving complex issues involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel regularly for agency meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Verra Mobility's primary relationship lead with tolling authorities and transportation agencies.
• Build and expand executive and operational relationships across the tolling industry.
• Develop engagement strategies, relationship maps, and partnership goals.
• Represent Verra Mobility professionally in agency discussions and negotiations.
• Strengthen presence across industry forums, associations, and conferences.
• Identify new connections to support strategic and commercial objectives.
• Track issues, commitments, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
