Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with 8 years related experience, or Associate/Bachelor with related experience.
• Experience in title examination, land services, right of way, or real estate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Travel to project sites and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed title research and ownership verification for assigned parcels.
• Review and interpret deeds, easements, liens, mortgages, restrictions, and other encumbrances.
• Identify and resolve routine title defects and coordinate with appropriate team.
• Prepare title reports, commitments, and ownership summaries per project standards.
• Update title documentation as needed.
• Coordinate with acquisition staff to support negotiations and agreement execution.
• Maintain accurate tracking logs and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and training requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
