Job summary

Tin Tin Title, a tech-enabled title and escrow agency backed by Loan Factory, seeks a Title Agent-in-Charge / Senior Escrow Manager to lead our launch, secure state licenses, and oversee compliant operations from a remote/hybrid Texas base.

You will manage escrow, oversee end-to-end settlements, and drive automation with Qualia/SoftPro/ResWare while avoiding sales. Base salary range $120k–$150k, full benefits, and a 100% captive pipeline.

Qualifications

• Active multi-state title/escrow license in CA, TX, or FL.
• 5+ years high-volume residential escrow and title experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory or Agent-in-Charge role.
• Experience with Qualia, SoftPro, or ResWare.
• Strong escrow accounting and 3-way reconciliation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance and DRLP/Agent-in-Charge in relevant states.
• Oversee end-to-end residential settlement processes.
• Perform daily 3-way reconciliations and manage wires.
• Balance CDs and ALTA statements with processing team.
• Troubleshoot complex title defects (probate, divorces).
• Collaborate on API integrations and workflow automation.
