Edina Realty Title in Edina, MN seeks a Sr. Title Closing Processor to join the closing team and prepare closing files to be reviewed and signed at the closing table.

This in-office role requires working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, collaborating with closers, lenders, production staff and agents as a key team member. Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience is strongly preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail and ability to work under deadline pressure.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and balance the closing disclosure and settlement statements for closing.
• Ensure proper procedures for closing real estate and mortgage transactions, including escrow accounting and recording packages.
• Monitor transactions for completeness and compliance; coordinate with lenders, closers, and production staff.
• Resolve title issues prior to closing.
