• Confidence to close a sale.
• Excellent communication skills, including listening and writing.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Managing store operations and supporting sales to grow accounts.

• Tracking inventory and ensuring tires are accounted for.
• Set expectations for service technicians and office staff.
• Coordinating deliveries of new inventory and pickups for retreading.
