Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of TIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic computer literacy using Windows.
• Ability to read measurements with ruler and calipers.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Work with excellence and ensure quality.
• Identify nonconforming conditions and alert supervisor for remediation.
• Eliminate waste in workflow with team leads.
• Suggest ideas to improve safety, quality, throughput, and teamwork.
