Job summary

ArdentMC is seeking a Tier 3 Network Lead to join our team in Washington, DC. The role supports the US Holocaust Memorial Museum's wired and wireless infrastructure, WAN, Internet, cloud connectivity, and DAS, ensuring 24x7 operations.

The ideal candidate has CCNP, expert routing and switching skills, and hands-on experience with Nexus, Catalyst, Aruba, SolarWinds, and Wireshark. On-site work and after-hours escalation are required.

Qualifications

• CCNP certification required.
• Expert-level routing and switching knowledge.
• Experience with wired and wireless, WAN, Internet, cloud connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, monitoring, maintenance, and restoration for LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi.
• Install and configure switches/routers; monitor health, latency, and circuit performance.
• Diagnose outages, routing loops, and connectivity issues; coordinate fixes.
• Apply firmware/software updates per change-control requirements.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for Priority 1/2 incidents and after-hours support.
