Job summary

Amazon Prime Air is seeking a Sr TI Program Manager for the Marketing, Planning, Supply Chain, Data & Annotation team to drive integrated infrastructure programs across multiple teams, delivering rapid, measurable improvements to the Prime Air program.

You will own end-to-end delivery, partner with engineering and leadership, manage risks, and mentor others while pushing for operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• Experience with scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS SharePoint.
• Experience working with large, complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Drive organization-level integrated technical infrastructure program management — master scheduling, visibility and health, and communication of health, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage complex infrastructure builds across multiple teams, delivering critical solutions and improvements.
• Own a large program's end-to-end delivery, meeting business goals and driving improvements in customer experience and efficiency.
• Understand interdependencies and influence priorities through data-driven contributions and resource allocation decisions.
• Communicate effectively to Directors and VPs; partner with customers, stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Set clear goals, drive decisions on project priority, and surface risks with mitigation plans.
• Participate in hiring and mentor others.
