Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Manager, Prime Air Enterprise Systems to drive the program-level strategy and execution for enterprise tools including ERP, demand and supply planning, and manufacturing execution systems. You will lead a team to deliver features that improve customer experiences and scale Prime Air operations.

You will collaborate with customers and engineering teams, define roadmaps, and make prioritization decisions.

Qualifications

3+ years of team management experience.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.

Responsibilities

Drive overall program level enterprise systems strategy, roadmaps, and execution for Prime Air enterprise tools.
Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver large features.
Define strategic vision for major features, set roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams.
Understand system architecture behind the product, including workflows and APIs.
Influence priorities and business strategy through data-driven contributions.
Communicate ideas effectively in writing and speech to diverse audiences.
Lead hiring and mentor others.
