Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Commercial Superintendent to lead daily on-site operations for high-value commercial projects in the Washington, DC area. You will oversee safety, scheduling, field activities, and subcontractor coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience managing multi-trade teams and complex schedules. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of field operations experience on large commercial projects
• Experience managing a large team of subcontractors and 15+ trades
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create, update and manage construction schedules (P6 a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong people skills and team collaboration
• Ability to multi-task and self-start in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage daily activities of assigned projects to ensure on-time, profitable, award-winning delivery
• Oversee safety, schedule management, field operations, and subcontractor coordination
• Manage project finances and assist in pre-construction activities such as estimating and purchasing
• Mentor teams and promote continuous learning and development
