Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Protective Intelligence & Threat Analyst to join a leader in the Information Technology space. This remote, US-based role focuses on identifying threats, supporting executive protection, and delivering timely intelligence to guide security decisions.

You will investigate persons of interest, assess risks, and develop concise intelligence products to inform stakeholders in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in protective intelligence, threat investigations, or related fields.
• Proficiency in assessing incomplete or ambiguous information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with executive risk assessment and time-sensitive decision-making.
• Technical knowledge of APIs and automation tools for intelligence analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, global team setting.
• Familiarity with threat management platforms and assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and investigate potential physical threats to the organization.
• Conduct persons of interest and behavioral threat investigations.
• Perform individual risk assessments and develop concise intelligence products.
• Assess security considerations related to executive travel and events.
• Provide timely intelligence support to Executive Protection teams.
• Research emerging geopolitical and social developments affecting security.
• Prepare decision-oriented intelligence assessments for stakeholders.
