Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking an Analyst, Protective Intelligence, to triage, report, and monitor security incidents affecting our assets. You will identify risks, support incident response, and conduct online investigations. The role requires OSINT proficiency and clear written reporting.

You will work primarily in US Eastern hours (08:00–16:10 ET) with Monday–Friday shifts and some weekend coverage. Remote work is supported within the US, with regular standups and collaboration with the PIC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• OSINT capabilities to collect, assess, and report.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and SharePoint.
• Ability to work off-hours and weekends.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Triage, report, and monitor security incidents and potential impacts to Crisis24 assets.
• Identify, track, and assess known and emerging risks; provide incident response and triage.
• Support travel risk management and executive protection workflows; conduct research and investigations.
• Provide training on investigative and threat assessment techniques.
• Field RFIs to facilitate secure transport and operations.
