Abnormal Security Corp. is seeking a Threat Researcher to join the Threat Intelligence team. The role focuses on original threat research, synthesis of findings, and creating customer-ready intelligence content for briefs, reports, webinars, and QBRs.

You will work with Threat Intelligence, Detection, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, turning technical findings into clear, actionable narratives for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of threat intelligence or related security experience.
• Knowledge of email and identity attack techniques and IOCs/ TTPs.
• Experience producing security content for varied audiences.
• Strong ability to synthesize data into clear assessments.
• Ability to present complex intelligence to customers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and common attack techniques.
• SQL basics to retrieve and analyze datasets.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate research.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex threat intelligence investigations from scoping to conclusions.
• Investigate threats using Abnormal's platform and external sources.
• Identify patterns and trends across threat activity.
• Create intelligence products: briefs, reports, and customer content.
• Engage customers with briefings, webinars, and presentations.
• Collaborate across Threat Intelligence, Detection, Sales, CS, and Marketing.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate research while ensuring accuracy.
