Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking a Threat Researcher to join our Threat Intelligence team.

You will conduct original research into active campaigns, attacker behavior, and emerging email and identity attack techniques, and translate findings into actionable intelligence for practitioners, customers, and sales. This role emphasizes intelligence synthesis—combining technical research, data, threat context, and audience needs into clear assessments and compelling narratives.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in threat intelligence, SOC operations, or related cybersecurity discipline.
• Ability to explain IOCs, TTPs, attack campaigns, and threat behavior.
• Experience producing written intelligence or security content for varied audiences.
• Strong ability to synthesize research and data into clear assessments and narratives.
• Familiarity with threat intel platforms and threat hunting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adapting to audience.”
• Experience presenting complex intelligence to customers or stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex threat intelligence investigations into active campaigns and attacker behavior.
• Investigate threats using Abnormal's platform and external sources to develop intelligence assessments.
• Identify patterns and trends across threat activity.
• Synthesize intelligence and tailor it to specific audiences and business objectives.
• Produce briefs, analytical reports, customer content, webinars, and executive summaries.
• Engage with customers and prospects through briefings and tailored content.
• Collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Detection, Sales, CS, and Marketing to meet content needs.
