Job summary

Suno is seeking a Sr. Staff Threat Intelligence Engineer to lead Suno’s work to understand and counter adversaries targeting our platform, users, and business across security, trust & safety, and fraud.

You’ll identify who is targeting Suno, how they operate, and translate that into defenses across the company, shaping risk priorities and protections. This high‑leverage role defines how Suno anticipates emerging threats as the platform grows and collaborates with security, engineering, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in threat intelligence with depth in two areas (security, trust & safety, or fraud).
• Strong threat intel fundamentals: tracking actors, attributing campaigns, OSINT.
• Hands-on data skills: Python and SQL with large datasets.
• Technical fluency in modern web and cloud architecture.
• Proven ability to influence engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Investigate threat actors and campaigns targeting Suno across security, trust & safety, and fraud.
• Analyze large-scale event and account data with Python and SQL to find patterns and size threats.
• Translate adversary tactics into concrete countermeasures for detection, product, and architecture changes.
• Brief security, T&S, and fraud leaders with updates and strategic assessments.
• Raise the bar for collection, analysis, and tradecraft as the threat intel function grows.
• Protect the Suno community, keeping the platform safe and open.
