Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Analyst for the CAO Elite team to protect customers against advanced threats. You will conduct threat hunting, intelligence analysis, and dark web monitoring, collaborating across CrowdStrike to deliver innovative threat containment.

The role blends technical execution with advisory services and requires strong communication with stakeholders. Remote USA, full-time with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in two or more of the following areas: incident response, security operations, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, dark web monitoring.
• Ability to communicate executive-level findings and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
• Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology, data communication concepts, and MITRE ATT&CK framework.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of dedicated customer account, facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction, and be a trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers.
• Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and research tailored threat intelligence for CAO Elite customers.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations relating to intelligence reports and threat findings.
• Partner across CrowdStrike teams to develop and implement creative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Respond to customer requests relating to threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring.
