CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst for the CAO Elite team to protect customers by performing advanced threat hunting, intelligence analysis, and dark web monitoring.

You will partner with multiple CrowdStrike groups to deliver tailored, actionable insights and grow trusted customer relationships. The role emphasizes collaboration, high-quality briefings, and proactive advisory services, with opportunities to influence threat intelligence operations across diverse environments,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in two (or more) of the following areas: Incident response or security operations
• Threat hunting
• Cyber Threat intelligence
• Dark web monitoring
• Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to communicate findings to clients; ability to guide internal teams

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of dedicated customer account and facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction as trusted CAO Elite advisor
• Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and tailor threat intelligence for the customer
• Prepare and deliver presentations relating to intelligence reports, dark web alerts, and threat hunting findings
• Collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to develop solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Respond to customer requests relating to threat intelligence, hunting, and monitoring
