Job summary

CrowdStrike’s CAO Elite is seeking a Senior Analyst to protect customers by conducting threat hunting and intelligence analysis, including dark web monitoring. You’ll work across CrowdStrike teams to deliver tailored, high-impact results and presentations.

You'll own customer accounts, communicate complex findings to executives, and help operationalize timely threat intelligence while growing technical mastery within a mission-driven, AI-powered security platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in two or more areas: incident response, threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring.
• Ability to communicate executive-level findings to clients and internal teams.
• Strong presentation skills and experience briefing stakeholders from SOC to C-suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ownership of dedicated customer account and act as trusted advisor for CAO Elite customers.
• Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and tailor threat intelligence to customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on intelligence reports, dark web alerts, and threat hunting findings.
• Collaborate with CrowdStrike teams to design creative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Respond to customer requests related to threat intelligence, hunting, and monitoring.
