Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung Oncology and Head and Neck Oncology to support the Midwest region, specifically the Great Lakes District including Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Chicago, and Illinois. This is a field-based role with 50%+ travel, and preference for a major metropolitan location with access to a national airport.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree is required; MBA/MD/PhD or related graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in marketing, medical, key account management, or sales leadership with KOL exposure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy and faculty development.
• Serve as a key member of the RYBREVANT Brand team with local market insights.
• Build trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs and stakeholders.
• Maintain pulse on regional Lung and Head & Neck cancer trends and coordinate plans with partners.
• Partner with analytics to understand regional treatment variations for insights placement.
• Monitor regional marketing budget and provide ongoing business feedback.
• Shape innovative educational platforms and tailor education to local needs.
• Lead overall brand strategy, including mapping, framework development, and CAC/MRC materials.
