Job summary

Univest is seeking a Third-Party Risk Management Manager to oversee the enterprise TPRM program, aligning vendor risk with regulatory and security standards. The role collaborates with business leaders, risk teams, and stakeholders to conduct due diligence and ongoing monitoring.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of vendor risk experience, proficiency with Ncontracts, and leadership ability to guide junior staff while ensuring compliance and operational resilience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

• 5-7 years’ progressive direct experience in third-party risk management or related field, preferably in financial services.
• • Experience implementing an enterprise TPRM program.
• • Experience with Ncontracts or similar vendor management software.
• • Ability to supervise junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the enterprise TPRM program, including policies, procedures, vendor tiering, and lifecycle.
• Demonstrate leadership by coordinating with third parties, business owners, sponsors, and compliance in meeting TPRM requirements.
• Perform due diligence on providers by reviewing financial statements, insurance, regulatory reports, and SOC reports.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of providers to ensure alignment with the TPRM standards.
• Manage documentation related to vendor reviews and due diligence in the system.
• Monitor changes in laws and guidance affecting the TPRM program.
• Publish monthly status reports on program activities.
