BankUnited is seeking a motivated Senior Analyst to join the Third-Party Risk Management team. In this highly visible role, the Senior TPRM Governance Analyst helps maintain and enhance the organization’s third‑party risk framework to ensure effective management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5+ years in third-party risk management preferred.
• Experience in GRC or operational risk management in financial services preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Tableau skills; familiarity with risk metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Govern the enterprise Third Party Risk Management framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee due diligence, onboarding, monitoring, and termination processes with QA functions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report risk metrics to leadership and committees.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and risk-based decision making.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to mature the TPRM program.
