Chime Senior Business Analyst, TPRM, supports assessment and oversight of third party relationships throughout the risk management lifecycle. You will evaluate risk, perform due diligence, and coordinate with cross-functional partners and bank partners to address findings.

This role requires strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assessments and stakeholders. The base salary starts at $105,000 and goes up to $145,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Third Party Risk Management or related risk function.
• Experience with third party risk assessments and due diligence.
• Strong analytical and risk-based decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and challenge IRQs, understand vendor relationships, and determine risk ratings.
• Coordinate due diligence with cross-functional risk partners and SMEs.
• Conduct business due diligence including corporate registration and insurance reviews.
• Manage third party assessments through completion with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate vendor approvals with bank partners and track approvals.
• Document TPRM assessments and supporting rationale per program requirements.
• Provide guidance on TPRM requirements, processes, and expectations.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, and program activities.
