Job summary

Chime Financial, Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst, TPRM, to oversee third party risk management across vendors and partners. You will assess risk, perform due diligence, and coordinate risk activities with cross-functional partners.

Base salary ranges from $105,000 to $145,000 with bonus eligibility and equity opportunities. You will engage with risk partners, business owners, and bank partners to ensure appropriate risk identification, documentation, and remediation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Operational Risk, Compliance, Audit, or related risk function.
• Experience with third party risk assessments and due diligence activities.
• Strong analytical and risk-based decision making.
• Proven stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations for third party risk management.

Responsibilities

• Review IRQs, understand vendor relationships, and determine risk ratings.
• Coordinate due diligence with Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal.
• Lead business due diligence and coordinate background checks as needed.
• Manage assessments from initiation to completion with owners and partners.
• Facilitate vendor approvals with bank partners and track through to completion.
• Document risk issues and remediation activities, and monitor ongoing risk.
• Support periodic reassessments and changes impacting risk ratings.
• Provide guidance on TPRM requirements and processes.
