Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design high precision fixtures and tooling for thermomechanical processes.
• Develop and optimize heat treatment and forming processes for Nitinol components.
• Use DOE and statistics to characterize processes and drive improvements.
• Transfer developed processes to manufacturing with documentation, training and validation support.
• Collaborate with operators, technicians, engineers, quality and manufacturing teams to ensure processes meet requirements.
• Support process validation and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
