• Ability to analyze production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and safety.
• Quality Management System experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across departments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee thermoforming operations to support equipment performance, product quality, and production schedules.
• Develop and implement process improvements for thick- and thin-wall thermoforming operations.
• Troubleshoot thermoforming equipment and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
• Support preventative maintenance programs for thermoforming equipment.
• Partner with quality teams to resolve thermoformed product issues and improve process stability.
• Train and mentor team members on thermoforming techniques, best practices, and safety procedures.
• Ensure thermoforming activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
