Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in thermal/mechanical field applications engineering.
• Experience in liquid cooling solutions preferred.
• Proven success in design and implementation of complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical interface for key customers.
• Lead product integration and validation efforts.
• Conduct technical presentations and customer training sessions.
• Manage field issue resolution and coordinate root-cause analysis.
• Support business development activities working with sales teams.
