Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in complex mechanical/electromechanical systems.
• Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermal management, cooling technologies.
• Experience with thermal simulation tools (Icepak, FloTHERM, CFD, ANSYS).
• Experience developing thermal solutions for electronics, semiconductor equipment, photonics, or related tech.
• Strong mechanical design, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with evolving requirements and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to thermal architectures for advanced ATE and silicon photonics systems.
• Lead portions of thermal design and analysis across development programs.
• Develop cooling solutions for high-power electronics and integrated systems.
• Perform thermal modeling, characterization, and validation.
