Job summary

Vinci is seeking a senior technical sales leader to drive adoption of its physics AI platform in Asia. You will build and guide a team of thermal engineers, engage enterprise customers, and demonstrate Vinci’s value through in-depth simulations and PoCs.

You will work remotely with the Palo Alto team, travel frequently within Asia, and partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate field feedback into product improvements that accelerate time-to-market for next‑generation hardware.

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on thermal management experience.
• Expert in commercial simulation software and thermal analysis.
• Strong customer-facing experience in semiconductor or related industries.
• Python or C++ scripting to automate workflows.
• Leadership ability to scale and mentor engineering teams.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin or Korean.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing team of thermal engineers across Asia.
• Collaborate with sales to drive PoC evaluations and product demonstrations.
• Oversee simulation setup, test case runs, and results interpretation.
• Enable customers through onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.
• Provide product feedback to translate field insights into features.
• Represent Vinci at industry events with technical presentations.
• Stay informed on competitive tech and market positioning.
