Job summary

Vinci seeks a senior leader to head its European Forward Deployment thermal engineering team. You will drive adoption of Vinci’s platform, guide a team of experts, and serve as trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers. You’ll analyze complex thermal designs and translate insights into valuable product feedback.

You will work remotely with teams in Palo Alto and travel moderately within continental Europe, with occasional intercontinental trips as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level engineering degree required.
• 15+ years in thermal management and cooling, expert simulation experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing regional team of thermal engineers across Europe.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope PoCs and deliver compelling demonstrations.
