Job summary

World Aquatics is seeking a Thermal Engineer (m/f/d) to join their team in the United States to support thermal design and verification of spacecraft technologies. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure spacecraft hardware performs reliably across all mission phases.

The ideal candidate holds a Masters Degree in a related field and has at least 3 years of experience in thermal control systems, demonstrating a strong understanding of orbital mechanics, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in thermal control systems or environmental testing for aerospace.
• Good knowledge of heat transfer principles and transient thermal behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain thermal models for spacecraft thermal architecture.
• Perform thermal modeling across mission phases and design thermal test campaigns.
• Manage flight hardware interfaces and coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
