• Strong understanding of heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and electronics cooling.
• Experience in SiP thermal analysis is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on thermal modeling for semiconductor packages and advanced packaging.
• Build and analyze detailed models using ANSYS Icepak and Flotherm; set up, solve, post-process.
• Influence architecture, materials selection, and thermal design under manufacturing and use.
• Analyze results to enhance product reliability.
• Support customers throughout product development from architecture to optimization.
• Translate requirements into simulation methodologies.
• Develop standards and innovative solutions for challenging packaging applications.
• Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and reviews.
• Stay current with advances in advanced packaging, HBM, and 2.5D/3D integrations.
