Qnity Electronics, Inc. in Silicon Valley is seeking a Senior Thermal Engineer to join our leveraged R&D organization, focusing on thermal materials engineering for advanced electronics and semiconductor applications.

You will lead applications development projects, drive customer solutions from concept to commercialization, and mentor junior engineers within a cross-functional team, requiring strong heat transfer fundamentals and proactive collaboration with global customers.

Qualifications

• MS in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• 2–3 years of direct thermal engineering experience.
• Experience with TIMs, gap fillers, thermally conductive composites.
• Familiarity with JEDEC, IPC, ASTM standards helpful.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
