Qualifications

• Proficiency with CFD tools (e.g., ANSYS Icepak, FloTHERM) and thermal instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to define boundary conditions and performance requirements.
• Develop and validate thermal models using CFD tools and lab testing.
• Analyze airflow, temperature distribution, and heat dissipation for high-density electronics.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
