Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation/Controls, or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience with mechanical system controls and algorithm/code design.
• Experience with control design.
• Understanding of applying algorithms to production code.
• Expertise with software programming languages including but not limited to C, C++, and Python
• Familiarity with Source code version control / Git
• Familiarity with ML/AI technologies
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis: Requirements gathering, algorithm prototyping, data analysis, test campaign design
• Project management: Project planning, task estimation, version control
• Full lifecycle algorithm development: Design, review, testing, integration assistance to firmware developers
• Documentation: Program commentary, user guides for service and troubleshooting
• Product testing: Unit testing, system integration testing, and field test support
• Leadership: Effective lead engineer, consistent positive attitude, creativity, accepts broad responsibility
• Other tasks and activities as required by management

Education
