Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical design and development of complex hardware systems.
• Strong expertise in board-level design, electrical integration, hardware debug, and engineering problem solving.
• Experience with server, storage, networking, or high‑complexity compute platforms.
• Ability to lead technical decisions and align multiple engineering disciplines toward execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical subsystem design and technical execution across product platforms.
• Translate requirements into electrical design strategy and drive milestones.
• Own investigation and closure of complex electrical issues during bring-up and ramp.
• Guide power, signal, and interface design decisions for robust performance.
• Collaborate with architecture, firmware, mechanical, thermal, validation, and manufacturing teams.
• Provide technical leadership in root cause analysis and ECO readiness.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design guidelines and best practices.
• Support customer and leadership reviews with clear technical direction and risks.
