Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Therapist II for the RWJUH Somerset Eating Disorders Outpatient program in New Jersey. The position is salaried, day shift, with a pay range of $64,600.00 - $114,200.00 per year.

You will provide assessment, therapy, and discharge planning, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support adults, adolescents, and families. A typical day includes individual, group and family therapy, documentation, care coordination with insurers and case managers, and

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling required.
• NJ State licensure; LCSW or LPC preferred; LSW/LAC acceptable with experience.
• Excellent customer satisfaction skills.
• Two years or more years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, prevention/intervention, education, treatment and discharge services to adult psychiatric patients and families.
• Deliver individual, group and family therapy as part of crisis intervention and ongoing treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Document psychosocial assessments, progress notes, discharge summaries, and related records.
