Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Gathers and communicates clinical and scientific rationale for product use to healthcare professionals.
• Maintains up-to-date scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and executes comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses available tools to derive insights and inform call plans.
• Provides feedback on tool usage to leadership for improvement.
• Demonstrates scientific expertise using approved resources and publications in discussions with HCPs.
• Conducts in-office presentations and discussions with HCPs in line with labeling.
• Organizes external speaker programs and coordinates scheduling/logistics.
• Keeps current with emerging data for approved indications.
• Coordinates with real-time medical support to answer complex inquiries.
• Collaborates with other field teams to enhance the customer experience (Cx).
• Shares relevant insights internally to enable better service to customers.
• Ensures compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies governing BMS activities.
