Job summary

Hudson Scenic Studios in Yonkers, NY seeks a Senior Project Manager for theatrical scenery, immersive environments, and custom fabrication. You will guide projects from kickoff through fabrication, installation, and closeout, coordinating clients, designers, and vendors while ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.

Based in our Yonkers facilities, travel as needed is required. You will mentor Project Managers and partner with Directors to drive strategic improvements across productions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/theatre-related field.
• Minimum 5 years managing high-end custom fabrication projects.
• Experience handling project budgets of $500K+.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Represent the client from contract negotiation to final delivery.
• Lead projects to align with design intent, technical requirements and contracts.
• Own revenue forecasting, gross margin, and cost control across projects.
• Review schedules, payment terms, and contracts with Finance.
• Coordinate drawings and milestones with design/engineering teams.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and collaborate with Directors.
• Ensure fabrication progresses on schedule and within budget.
