Air Liquide Electronics in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Senior TGCM Manager to lead a 40+ person organization focused on safety, quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. You will manage managers, coordinate with customers, and drive continuous improvement of gas and chemical management on site.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or Chemistry and 10+ years in semiconductor TGCM management, with strong leadership, communications, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Chemistry or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Semiconductor TGCM management experience.
• Strong leadership and safety orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• On time, in spec, delivery of chemicals and/or gases to the customer.
• Maintain and manage chemical and/or gas systems.
• Lead and coach a large operations/maintenance team; schedule reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure training and qualifications of employees in safety and operations.
• Develop strong customer relationships and drive continuous improvement in TGCM operations.
• Coordinate with account managers to share best practices and maintain site policies.
