Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Chemistry or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Semiconductor TGCM management experience.
• Good team leadership skills.
• Strong emphasis on safety.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong oral and written communications.
• Successful experience with conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• On time, in spec, delivery of chemicals and/or gases to the customer.
• Responsible for the maintenance of all chemical and/or gas systems.
• Manage operations or maintenance workforce. (Schedules, yearly end reviews, coaching or disciplinary actions)
• Responsible for ensuring training and qualifications of employees in all aspects of the operation, including Safety Training.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
• Manage succession planning for the operation.
• Hazardous Waste Supervisor: ensure proper management of materials and waste, and incident reporting.
• Safety Leadership is a primary accountability.
• Maintain SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Evaluate trends in monthly gas and/or chemical usage.
• Provide information for and initiate proper reporting procedures.
