Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson seeks a TGCM Site Services Manager to staff and manage on-site operations at a customer's semiconductor facility. You will direct TGCM Technicians, interface with the customer, and ensure contract terms are met across safety, quality, and productivity disciplines.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with gas and chemical distribution systems, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience (7 years minimum) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure safety training per schedule.
• Lead day-to-day operations of TGCM Site Service Technicians on site.
• Serve as primary customer interface for operational activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Manage inventory, shipments, and site logistics under contract terms.
• Prepare monthly reports for customer and Matheson management.
