Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Chemistry or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Semiconductor TGCM management experience.
• Strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

• Deliver chemicals/gases on time and in spec to customers.
• Maintain gas/chemical systems and supervise operations staff.
• Train and qualify employees; manage performance and succession.
• Build strong customer relationships and coordinate with the account team.
• Lead safety, incident investigations and 5-Why analyses.
• Ensure SOPs and work instructions are current and followed.
