Qualifications

• Must haveTexas escrow officer license and strong knowledge of Texas title insurance.
• Ability to independently manage complex, high-dollar, time-sensitive transactions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Maintain company licensing compliance and oversee regulatory requirements for Texas and future states.
• Manage Texas office operations and on-site requirements.
• Coordinate escrow, closing, and settlement processes for commercial real estate transactions.
• Review and approve all transaction documents including deeds, instruments, and affidavits.
• Facilitate discussions between clients, underwriters, title, and attorneys to reach agreement on coverages.
