Job summary

Tranham Partners Real Estate is partnering with a Houston-based title agency to recruit a Commercial Escrow Officer. The role focuses on handling complex commercial closings, title commitments, surveys, and entity documents.

Candidates should have 7+ years title/escrow experience, a Texas escrow officer license (or ability to obtain), and strong skills in SoftPro, MS Office, and electronic recording systems. Knowledge of 1031 exchanges and multi-site financing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of title and escrow experience, with substantial independent commercial work.
• Texas escrow officer license, or ability to obtain it before licensed duties.
• Strong knowledge of commercial closings, title commitments, surveys, entity documents and escrow accounting.
• Proficiency in SoftPro, Microsoft Office and electronic recording systems.

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of title and escrow experience with independent commercial work.
