Index Analytics LLC is seeking a seasoned IT testing leader to bridge application development and Federal agency stakeholders. You will shape flexible testing strategies, drive automation, and ensure compliance across accessibility, security, and privacy standards.

The role requires 8+ years in IT, expert Selenium/Cucumber skills, strong communication, and the ability to mentor teams while improving processes within Agile/DevOps and cloud environments (AWS).

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in IT with a focus on software testing.
• Expert-level automation testing using Selenium, Cucumber, and related frameworks.
• Experience validating compliance: 508/WCAG, NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA, data privacy.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Serve as testing liaison between development teams and federal stakeholders.
• Design scalable testing strategies supporting Agile/DevOps.
• Develop and maintain automated testing solutions.
• Conduct compliance testing per Section 508, FedRAMP, NIST, FISMA.
• Collaborate with government and partner teams to align test strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and present testing metrics.
• Provide testing leadership and mentor team members.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Understand applications from tech and business perspectives for coverage.
