Job summary

i270 Solutions Group LLC seeks a seasoned Test Automation Engineer to own end-to-end automated testing, from framework design to script development and results interpretation. The role requires discerning real defects from flaky tests in a secure environment with strict compliance, scheduling, and agile delivery pressures.

You will design frameworks, implement Selenium/Cucumber/Groovy-based scripts, and ensure tests cover cloud and hybrid infrastructures.

Qualifications

DoDD 8140 compliance required; Security+ CE minimum at hire.
10+ years designing and executing automated system testing.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (master allowed).

Responsibilities

Design and execute automated system testing across applications and infrastructure.
Build and maintain test automation frameworks (linear, modular, data driven, behavior driven).
Develop and maintain test scripts in Selenium, Cucumber, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, Groovy in Jenkins pipelines.
Run load and functional testing; analyze results to distinguish real defects from noise.
Decompose testing work into Jira stories and deliver within Agile practices.
Apply customer security requirements throughout test environment and data handling.
Maintain a total system perspective across cloud and hybrid services, infrastructure, and security domains.
Produce technical documentation for others to execute against.
