Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge via professional expertise.
• Knowledge of Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and heavy equipment components.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing lab and field validation testing.
• Familiarity with Creo and DATK for data collection and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute product validation and verification testing.
• Analyze test results to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause investigations for failures.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.
• Document test plans, results, and technical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and improving test methods, equipment, and validation processes.
• Support field testing and ensure products meet customer expectations and objectives.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement in testing.
