Job summary

Apollopros is seeking a Senior Technician (T3) in Burnsville, Minnesota for on-site, first-shift work. The role supports Sensors Test Engineering, leading build and assembly of test solutions and troubleshooting production equipment.

The candidate will work with engineers to create, review, and update test hardware, drawings, BOMs, and documentation, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with specs and schedules.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Associate degree (AA/AS) or other two-year post-high school training.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble test hardware and interfaces per engineering drawings.
• Assemble test solutions used in production environments.
• Troubleshoot electrical equipment and device issues on the production line.
• Create and review test system designs and documentation with engineering teams.
• Update drawings, schematics, BOMs, and classifications.
• Provide markups for new and existing test hardware.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and technicians.
• Mentor, coach, and review the work of technical staff.
