Job summary

SiTime in Tempe, AZ is seeking a hands-on technician to support high-volume Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and loadboard hardware in a final test facility.

You will perform setup, debugging, preventative maintenance, and repairs on test handlers, monitor uptime, and assist with yield tracking and production records in MES/ERP systems. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree is a plus.
• 4–6 years in automated electronics or semiconductor back-end manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of MES software, ERP/SAP, and basic MS Excel for production logs.

Responsibilities

• Machinery Operation: Set up and run production machinery (ATE test handler loading).
• Device Testing & Handler Support: Load device trays/tubes into automated test handlers; monitor jam rates and clear mechanical jams.
• Visual & Mechanical Inspection: Inspect die surfaces and package leads for defects.
• Lot Inventory & Yield Tracking: Record pass/fail yields and test data in MES/ERP systems; flag low-yield lots.
