Job summary

Sigma Design Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Test Technician III for in-office roles in Redmond, WA or Kirkland, WA, with a swing shift 1:30pm–10pm. The role requires advanced testing expertise and ownership of testing deliverables.

You will design complex test processes, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with engineers to drive improvements while ensuring client confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; STEM diploma preferred.
• 4+ years in product development or manufacturing test.
• Excellent communication; ability to explain complex concepts.
• Proficient with various test equipment and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex test processes.
• Mentor junior technicians in test procedures and best practices.
• Own testing areas with full accountability for outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineers on test solutions and improvements.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade lab equipment.
• Produce test documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
